If it has 8 legs and the ability to scurry over to you and make you scream and run away it is most definitely a spider! I guess it could be worse, you could have had a spricket on your mouse....ew.

lem - Depending on where you look, daddy-long-legs are considered to be part of the arachnid family, but aren't considered "spiders." Either way, it made me shriek.

Um, why isn't he (or she) a spider? Just because daddy long legs aren't terrifying doesn't mean they aren't arachnids.
