I'm in a deep rut of unoriginality, so I totally stole this from Mike's sister's blog. Empire magazine listed their idea of the 50 Greatest TV Shows ever, and it's a pretty damn good list (though I don't see Little House on the Prairie, MASH, or Danger Mouse, so I do have to call shenanigans on the Brits. Ha! Danger Mouse!).
A. Bold the shows you watch/used to watch on a regular basis.
B. Italicize the shows you’ve seen at least one episode of.

Well missy, I guess that list is for the young, very young, or just the young. Or I’m a curmudgeon. Which I am. What about The Prisoner? Captain Kangaroo? Saturday Night Live? The ORIGINAL Star Trek? Mork & Mindy? Beanie & Cecil? The Tick? (either the cartoon or the live actor show)? Ren & Stimpy? Laugh In? My Mother the Car? (ok that last one is a joke).
I loved Quantum Leap!!
No I Love Lucy? Leave it to Beaver? Little House? A travesty.
mush - Oh I agree completely. That's the problem with lists like this (and of books, movies, etc.) - they'll always overlook a few.
em - I still haven't seen an episode besides that one at your mom's house.
k-1o - Obviously a travesty. Those damn Brits don't know what they're talking about.
