Because FIRST OF ALL, you guys, dinosaurs lived in several different periods. The Tyrannosaurus Rex pictured here so anatomically correctly lived during the Cretaceous Period, GOD.

THIRD OF ALL, Target needs to stop selling things from China.

Well then Target would have nothing to sell. I'm pretty sure my 2.5 year old niece can draw a better dinosaur though.
lem - I am trying to come to terms with the fact that while I view Target as exponentially better than Walmart, they are both guilty of the same thing - importing a bunch of crap from China. I am trying to be better about buying local, and maybe it should become my New Year's resolution...
