As I wrote, my stomach was hurting from laughing so hard. I just cracked myself right up. Jen thought that it was hilarious (though she wasn't the target), though I never heard anything about it from Adam.
It seems to have worked, because after mentioning the shower curtain to him on several occasions (to no avail, I am sorry to say), the note is what finally did the trick.
Maybe I need to post a similar note in the kitchen. The roommates keep leaving crummies everywhere and dropping food on the floor without cleaning it up. (Yeah, I know. Gross.) I've said something to them but it still keeps happening! Grrrr.
Yes, but be careful to insert the subtle humor to avoid the bitchiness. "My Bitches" and "cut you" and "love, Heather" were all necessary to get the point across. It might have worked to say, "Hello housemates. Please close the shower curtain after showering in order to cut down on the amount of mildew. Thanks," but how much fun would that have been anyway?
